Rendered in Candice Alexander’s signature Renaissance-inspired cross-hatching style, this piece captures the quiet aftermath of the Parable of the Lost Sheep. Rather than depicting the search itself, the drawing focuses on the intimate moment after the wandering lamb has been found and safely gathered into the hands of Christ.

Seated among stones beneath an ancient tree, Christ gently cradles the lamb while the remaining flock fades softly into the distant hills behind Him.
