Lux — Limited Edition Vinyl LP Lux is the debut album by Candice Dawn Alexander—a body of work created as vessel rather than performance.

The word lux means light—not spectacle, but presence. This album traces how light enters the world: quietly, through water, through obedience, through mercy, through return. Drawing from ancient biblical moments and grounded in the Louisiana bayou, Lux moves from opening the heart to carrying light forward, ending in renewal rather than judgment.

Each song holds light in its title, its language, or its breath. Several passages move through Latin—an older tongue chosen for its timelessness and reverence. These are not answers. They are spaces.

This limited-edition vinyl pressing presents Lux as it was intended to be experienced: slowly, physically, with weight and warmth. The artwork is original to the album and functions as part of the work itself.
