Fire of the Heart

Rendered in layered sepia lines, Jesus bows His head above a radiant Sacred Heart crowned with a fleur-de-lis—a reflection of divine love and the artist’s Louisiana roots. Created as a companion to Fleur du Cœur, Candice’s portrait of Mary, this work continues a journey of art, music, and faith. A ten-second glimpse of Mary’s face and tear, accompanied by Candice’s original song, reached millions around the world, inviting people across cultures and beliefs to pause and feel. Here, that journey turns toward her Son and the light of His love.
