"Fest for All with Words" is a fleur de lis design for an art festival in Baton Rouge, Louisiana  by Candice Alexander depicting a sunset landscape broken by the Baton Rouge bridge and festival announcement at the bottom with a central fleur embellished with the capitol building, paintbrush, and musical notes.
