Bee de Lis
"Bee de Lis" is a fleur de lis design by Candice Alexander that was created to bring awareness to the declining population of the honey bee with a flower field background and central fleur of honeycomb and accented with two bees. Honeybees are a subset of bees in the genus Apis, primarily distinguished by the production and storage of honey and the construction of perennial, colonial nests out of wax. Beekeepers in Western countries have been reporting slow declines of stocks for many years, apparently due to impaired protein production, changes in agricultural practice, or unpredictable weather.
Electrocuted or Louisiana Cypress frames available.
This design is customizable and available on coasters, keychains, mugs, oven mitts, pot holders, license plates, phone cases, cutting boards, ornaments and more.
